Everything is just impeccable. From.the communication before checking in, to the friendliness and attention from Pedro and Sara, to the apartment itself: clean, spacious, with all the amenities...location is perfect... I honestly can't find a single thing that can be improved. We are delighted to stay here and we will certainly make it our accommodation if/when we return to Sao Miguel.

It is an excellent place to live on this tremendous island.The apartment is two-level, with 3 badrooms, 1 living room, fully equipped for home cooking kitchen, and two toilets (one with a spacious shower; hairdryer, towels and liquids available). Great place for a family or group of friends. The photos of apartment are good, but reality overcomes all expectations - it's just LOVELY!The communication with the property owner and his colleagues was clear and pleasant, they were very nice and helpful.Location: what can we say? It's simply in the middle of the island! The best point if you want to discover every corner of the island, maybe visit some of them more then once (like we did).We strongly recommend this apartment! We fell in love with this island and definitely going to return there asap!Fedir & Valeryia

Professional, clean, and I look forward to staying here. Beautiful furniture and even the doors are signature.... Close to and in-between Furnos and Fogos.

Big apartment with 3rooms , 2bathroom. Electric heater was very helpful for rainy weather. Fully equipted kitchen

					Excepcional - Grande apartamento no centro da bonita cidade. Perto do passeio marítimo. Apenas meia hora de carro até Furnas, Ribeira Grande, Ponta Delgada. Fácil estacionamento na rua em frente ao prédio.... read more O apartamento ficava no segundo andar. Zona muito tranquila com uma bela vista para a igreja. Acomodação aconchegante e elegantemente decorada com lareira, sofá confortável e mesa grande na sala de estar. Cozinha espaçosa bem equipada. Tinha os suprimentos básicos para cozinhar, incluindo cápsulas de café e saquinhos de chá. Um banheiro de bom tamanho e o quarto. Tudo estava muito limpo. Reservamos o Apartamento Deluxe por apenas duas noites, mas seria bom aproveitar uma estadia mais longa lá. Definitivamente recomendado!

					Ficámos no apartamento apenas uma noite. 

De todos os sítios em que ficámos na ilha, este era o mais bem equipado, tanto na cozinha como no resto da casa.... read more Apesar de não termos usado, tinhamos máquina de lavar roupa e estendal, deixaram o desumificador ligado antes de chegarmos, na cozinha haviam frigideiras, panelas, tachos, ingredientes básicos disponíveis (sal, azeite, massa), máquina de café com cápsulas à disposição, internet grátis, frigorífico e congelador. Deixaram ao nosso critério em qual dos 3 quartos disponíveis iriamos querer ficar e a casa de banho era muito espaçosa. 

A localização é excelente, a 2 minutos a pé da praia e ao pé de um pequeno jardim, com cafés à volta. 

Aconcelho muito!!

					Excelente...a melhor escolha! - O apartamento é excelente, com tudo o que precisa para uma estadia autónoma. Quartos confortáveis, cozinha totalmente equipada, casa de banho excelente, internet excelente, estacionamento fácil, central.

					Perfeição - Tudo é simplesmente impecável. A partir de. a comunicação antes do check in, à simpatia e atenção do Pedro e da Sara, ao apartamento em si: limpo, espaçoso, com todas... read more as comodidades. . . localização é perfeita. . . Sinceramente, não consigo encontrar uma única coisa que possa ser melhorada. Estamos muito satisfeitos por ficar aqui e certamente faremos disso o nosso alojamento se/quando voltarmos a São Miguel.
